Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: September 8, 2026
EazyPay Tech provides B2B payment technology solutions, software development, certification support, technical consulting, integration services, training and payment hardware solutions.
This Cancellation Policy explains how requests to cancel projects, services, consultations, training sessions or product orders may be handled by EazyPay Tech.
Specific cancellation terms contained in an approved quotation, proposal, purchase order, statement of work or written agreement will apply to the relevant engagement where applicable.
Website Enquiries and Demo Requests
Submitting a website enquiry, requesting information, downloading a brochure or requesting a demo does not by itself create a paid order or project.
If you no longer wish to proceed with an enquiry or demo request, you may simply inform the EazyPay Tech team.
Project and Service Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation of a project or service by contacting EazyPay Tech in writing.
Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on factors such as:
- Project stage
- Work already completed
- Resources already allocated
- Technical preparation already performed
- Deliverables already supplied
- Third-party commitments or expenses
- Applicable commercial terms
Once development, integration, consulting, testing or other project work has started, cancellation may be subject to charges for work already completed or costs already committed.
Software Development and Integration Projects
EazyPay Tech provides customer-specific software and integration services across payment technology environments.
This may include:
- EMV Kernel development and integration
- EMV Software
- POS Terminal Applications
- SoftPOS implementations
- Terminal Integration
- Backend or host integration
- Terminal Management System projects
- RuPay NCMC solutions
- Other custom payment technology development
If cancellation is requested after development or technical work has started, completed work and committed resources may remain chargeable according to the applicable project agreement.
Certification and Testing Projects
EazyPay Tech provides technical preparation, development support, testing support and certification-focused engineering for applicable EMV, PCI and other payment technology projects.
Cancellation of a certification-related project may be affected by work already completed and by third-party laboratory, payment scheme, testing provider or other external costs.
Fees already paid or committed to third parties may not be cancellable or refundable where they cannot be recovered.
Advance and Milestone Payments
Some projects may involve advance payments or milestone-based payments linked to agreed project activities, resource allocation or deliverables.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payments already made may be applied against:
- Work completed
- Resources allocated
- Deliverables provided
- Technical preparation performed
- Third-party expenses already incurred
- Other applicable project costs
Any remaining amount, if applicable, will be handled according to the relevant commercial agreement and Refund & Return Policy.
Payment Hardware and Device Orders
EazyPay Tech may provide or support payment hardware such as POS terminals, QR Payment Soundbox devices and other compatible payment technology equipment.
Hardware order cancellation will depend on the status of the order and the terms agreed in the quotation, invoice, purchase order or written agreement.
Orders that have already been processed, customised, configured, dispatched or committed to a supplier may not be eligible for cancellation.
Customised Products and Solutions
Many EazyPay Tech solutions are developed or configured specifically for individual customer requirements.
Cancellation of customised work may be restricted once development, configuration, procurement or integration has started.
This may include:
- Custom software development
- Custom EMV Kernel work
- Device or terminal configuration
- Custom payment applications
- Customer-specific integrations
- Configured payment hardware
- Technical testing or certification preparation
Training and Consulting Sessions
If a paid training or consulting session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, customers should contact EazyPay Tech as early as reasonably possible.
Cancellation eligibility may depend on whether preparation work has already been completed, resources have been reserved or the session has already started.
Completed training or consulting services cannot normally be cancelled after delivery.
Third-Party Costs
Some EazyPay Tech projects may involve external laboratories, payment schemes, testing providers, hardware vendors, software providers or other third parties.
Costs that have already been paid, committed or become non-cancellable with a third party may remain payable even if the customer later cancels the project.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation of an active project, service or order, please contact EazyPay Tech and provide sufficient information for us to identify the engagement.
Please include:
- Customer or company name
- Project, quotation, invoice or order reference
- Product or service involved
- Reason for cancellation
- Relevant contact details
Cancellation requests should preferably be submitted in writing so that the request and applicable project status can be properly reviewed.
Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation request should not be considered confirmed until EazyPay Tech has reviewed the request and communicated the applicable cancellation status.
Where required, our team may provide information regarding completed work, pending deliverables, applicable charges, third-party commitments or next steps.
Refunds After Cancellation
A cancellation does not automatically result in a full refund.
If a refund may be applicable after cancellation, the amount will be determined after considering the relevant project status, completed work, committed resources, third-party expenses and agreed commercial terms.
For additional information, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Cancellation by EazyPay Tech
EazyPay Tech may suspend or cancel a project, service or order where reasonably necessary due to circumstances such as:
- Material breach of agreed commercial terms
- Non-payment of agreed invoices or milestones
- Required information or approvals not being provided
- Security, legal or compliance concerns
- Technical feasibility issues identified during the project
- Dependencies outside the reasonable control of EazyPay Tech
Where appropriate, EazyPay Tech will communicate with the customer regarding the project status and applicable next steps.
Commercial Agreements Take Priority
EazyPay Tech primarily works on B2B and project-specific engagements.
Individual projects, enterprise contracts, hardware orders or service agreements may contain cancellation terms different from this general website policy.
If an approved quotation, purchase order, proposal, statement of work or written agreement contains specific cancellation terms, those agreed terms will apply to the relevant engagement.
Changes to This Policy
EazyPay Tech may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices or applicable requirements.
When this Policy is updated, the Last Updated date at the top of this page will also be revised.
